What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is anytime after 4:00PM.
Arrivals earlier than 4:00 PM are to contact the front desk to check availability. If you would like assistance the lobby is open daily.
Check-out is 11:00 AM.
Departures past 11:00 AM are to contact the front desk to check availability.
Do you have parking ?
There is no dedicated parking but street parking is readily available in front of the hotel oKentStreet and side streets, Great George and Prince Street. There is also a Parking Garage available around the corner from the hotel on Fitzroy Street.
Can I drop my bags off if we arrive early?
We can store your luggage upon your arrival if your room is not ready and also upon your check-out if needed. Simply alert our front desk agents.
Can we check in early or check out late?
Early arrivals and late departures are upon request and subject to availability. The latest late check-out is 12:00 PM the day of check-out.
Do your rooms have cable?
Although we do not have televisions or phones in the rooms we do have Smart TVs in our lounge that are equipped for streaming.
Do you have rooms with 2 beds?
All rooms have one queen or one king size bed. We do not have two bed options or offer cots. Thus we have a maximum of 2 people per room.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, YES, absolutely yes! We love all pets and believe that your pets should get the opportunity to travel with you! We only ask that pets remain on person / on leashes inside the property and are not abandoned in the room alone. After-all they want to explore the beauty P.E.I has to offer too!
Do you have an elevator?
Yes, from hotel entry to the forth floor. the elevator is definitely available. For those looking to get a couple extra steps in, stairs are available as well!
Do you have bike storage?
We do not have dedicated bicycle storage areas but we can accommodate. Please let us know in advance of your arrival.
Do you have room service or a restaurant?
We do not offer Room Service unfortunately, however The Salvador Dali Café, located on the main floor of the hotel, has coffee, teas, sodas and warm and cold drinks and are fully-licensed, featuring a selection of local beers and wines. They also have a full lunch menu and breakfast on weekends.
Do you have ice?
We do, located on the second floor. Find ice right outside of our common area that is ready for you with two televisions, a study space, coffee machine, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, electric kettle and vending machines.
Is there a common area or space that I can book for an event?
The Salvador Dali Café or Trailside Music Hall (both on the main floor of the hotel) can be booked for private events. Both options can be catered and are licensed.
