What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is anytime after 4:00PM.
If you plan to arrive earlier than 4:00 PM please contact the front desk to check availability.

Can we check in early or check out late?
Early arrivals and late departures are upon request and subject to availability. Please talk with the front desk agent.

Do you have parking?
We do not have parking. The Fitzroy Parkade is meters from the hotel, the entrance is on Fitzroy street (around the corner), and they charge $8.75 for 24hs.
Can I drop my bags off if we arrive early?
Sure. We can store your luggage upon your arrival if your room is not ready and also upon your check-out if needed.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available and free to use around the property.
Do your rooms have cable?
Although we do not have televisions or phones in the rooms, we do have Smart TVs in our lounge equipped for streaming.
Do you offer breakfast?
Breakfast is not included. But our on-site restaurant, The Salvador Dali Café, offers breakfast and brunch during the weekends from 9am until 1pm.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or modify your reservation for free up to 24hs prior to check-in time.
Can I smoke in the establishment?
No, we are a smoke-free property.
Do you have rooms with two beds?
We do not have rooms with two beds. All our rooms have one queen or king size bed, and we have a maximum of two (2) people per room.
Do you accept pets?
YES! We are pet friendly without an extra fee. We only ask that pets remain with their owner and on leash in our common areas and are not left in the room unattended.
Do you have an elevator?
Yes, we have one elevator available.
Do you have bike storage?
We can accommodate your bike in our luggage room. Please contact the hotel in advance.
Do you have room service or a restaurant?
We do not offer Room Service unfortunately, however The Salvador Dali Café, located on the main floor of the hotel, has coffee, teas, sodas and warm and cold drinks and are fully-licensed, featuring a selection of local beers and wines. They also have a full lunch menu and breakfast on weekends.
Do you have ice?
We do, located on the second floor. Find ice right outside of our common area that is ready for you with two televisions, a study space, coffee machine, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, electric kettle and vending machines.
Is there a common area or space that I can book for an event?
The Salvador Dali Café or Trailside Music Hall (both on the main floor of the hotel) can be booked for private events. Both options can be catered and are licensed.
